Quickstart Programme: Formulas 1, 2 and 3

Formula 1 shake mix contains a unique blend of easily absorbed, high quality soy protein, carbohydrates, vitamins, minerals, dietary fibres, fat, herbs and the antioxidant vitamins C, E and Selenium, to protect against cell damage. The shake also includes the breakthrough enzyme tecnology Aminogen, which acts to improve the digestion of dietary protein. All the essential amino acids needed to support good health are also included. Formula 1 is low in calories (92 calories per serving) and is an excellent source of protein and fibre.

Formula 2 is a high level multi vitamin and mineral tablet - and includes the antioxidant group vitamins C, D and E. Formula 3 Personalised Protein Powder (PPP) increases your protein intake without adding any extra fat or carbohydrate calories. This helps you to feel full and asures adequate protein intake. The protein powder includes both soy and whey protein which help maintain a healthy cholesterol level as well as conatining cystine and methionine which are vital for muscle development.
