Our Life Today

How Our Lives Are Changing

Since starting up our very own home business our lives have changed dramatically:

The only reason we have an alarm clock is to get the boys to school!
Our commute to work takes between 30 seconds (Allison) to 1 minute (Charles)
We choose our work schedule around any other existing commitments -from dentist appointments to just taking a couple of hours off
We see each other every day
We have time to talk to our children every day

And those are only some of the changes. This year (2006) we have been abroad four times - and not once have we had to ask permission from anyone or run out of holiday entitlement as we would in a conventional job. Our family holidays have included a skiing week in Austria in April, a week in Halkidiki, Greece (courtesy of the home business opportunity) and a week in Malaga in the Winter half term holiday. Business travel took us to Greece and to Lisbon and each month we have the chance to attend training sessions throughout the country. The Company arranges special leadership schools for the high flyers including, this year, a special school with Jim Rohn, one of the world's renowned business philosophers.

The high light of the year was our holiday in Greece which we qualified for. We spent five days, after a big conference in Athens, at a five star hotel on the beautiful peninsula of Halkidiki. Travel from and to Athens was paid for, plus all our accommodation and food, wine, beer etc. On top of that parties were organised for us in the evenings and, just in case we felt short-changed we were given spending money! Without a doubt it was the best holiday we have ever been on because it was just like going away with all your best friends. Imagine having a holiday with the most positive, energetic, fun and kind people that you know and you will have some idea of what sort of people our business opportunity attracts.

In 2007 we have also qualified for the Company holiday but before that we have dates booked in for Los Angeles and Cologne, Germany. If you want to travel this is definitely the right place to be!
